Psalm 62:5-6 – “Oh, I must find rest in God only because my hope comes from him! Only God is my rock and my salvation—my stronghold!—I will not be shaken.”

Psalm 147:11 – “But the Lord favors those who honor him, those who wait for his faithful love.”

Isaiah 40:31 – “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength; they will fly up on wings like eagles; they will run and not be tired; they will walk and not be weary.”

Romans 8:24-25 – “We were saved in hope. If we see what we hope for, that isn’t hope. Who hopes for what they already see? But if we hope for what we don’t see, we wait for it with patience.”

Romans 12:12 – “Be happy in your hope, stand your ground when you’re in trouble, and devote yourselves to prayer.”

Romans 15:13 – “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in faith so that you overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Romans 15:4 – “Whatever was written in the past was written for our instruction so that we could have hope through endurance and the encouragement of the scriptures.”

1 Corinthians 15:58 – “As a result of all this, my loved ones, you must stand firm, unshakable, excelling in the work of the Lord as always, because you know that your labor isn’t going to be for nothing in the Lord.”

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 – “So we aren’t depressed. But even if our bodies are breaking down on the outside, the person that we are on the inside is being renewed every day. Our temporary minor problems are producing an eternal stockpile of glory for us that is beyond all comparison. We don’t focus on the things that can be seen but on the things that can’t be seen.”

Ephesians 1:18-19 – “I pray that the eyes of your heart will have enough light to see what is the hope of God’s call, what is the richness of God’s glorious inheritance among believers, and what is the overwhelming greatness of God’s power that is working among us believers.”

Philippians 1:6 – “I’m sure about this: the one who started a good work in you will stay with you to complete the job by the day of Christ Jesus.”

Hebrews 11:1 – “Faith is the reality of what we hope for, the proof of what we don’t see.”

1 Peter 1:3-4 – “May the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ be blessed! On account of his vast mercy, he has given us new birth. You have been born anew into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. You have a pure and enduring inheritance that cannot perish—an inheritance that is presently kept safe in heaven for you.”

Revelation 21:4-5 – “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more. There will be no mourning, crying, or pain anymore, for the former things have passed away. Then the one seated on the throne said, ‘Look! I’m making all things new.’”
